Information we process
We process account names, email addresses, phone numbers, profile preferences, wallet transactions, payment references, orders, support messages and security records. Gift orders may include recipient contact details, addresses and customization uploads. Merchant verification may include identity documents and submitted verification evidence. Do not submit information you have no permission to share.
How information is used
We use information to create accounts, verify access, process payments and orders, deliver gifts, support customers, prevent abuse and meet legal obligations. Promotion preferences control marketing email; sign-in and password-recovery messages remain necessary account messages.
Providers and sharing
Hosting, authentication, email, payment and service providers process information needed to perform their services. Payment providers include Paystack and NOWPayments where enabled; marketing email uses Brevo. Supplier services may receive the information needed to fulfil your order. Some providers process data outside Nigeria. We do not publish your email, wallet balance or delivery credentials with public reviews.
Verification and security
Merchant face-action detection runs in your browser. Live camera frames stay local; evidence you submit follows the merchant verification process. Access controls limit private records. No online service can promise absolute security; protect your login details and report suspected misuse.
Retention and your choices
We keep records as needed for service delivery, disputes, fraud prevention and legal or accounting obligations. You can update profile details and marketing preferences, unsubscribe from broadcasts, or request account deletion in Account Information. Deletion requests are reviewed; necessary financial, dispute or legal records may be retained. We do not promise immediate deletion of every record.
Public reviews
Only a buyer of a delivered order can submit an order review. Approved reviews may display a first name or nickname, rating, comment and product title on the homepage. Do not include private information in reviews. Ask support to remove or correct a published review.
Cookies and browser storage
Essential cookies or browser storage keep you signed in and protect the service. Preferences may remember theme, currency and cookie choices. See the Cookie Policy for details. We do not currently enable optional advertising or analytics trackers through the cookie banner.
