ShopvChaos is the customer-facing brand operated by EDITBYCHAOS, the registered business name, in Nigeria. Contact admin@shopvchaos.com about these terms.
Eligibility and your account
You must be at least 18 years old. Supply accurate contact information, use a real name or plausible nickname, and keep your password and verification codes private. Email verification confirms access to your inbox; it does not verify your identity.
Permitted use
Use services lawfully and comply with the rules of third-party platforms. Do not use accounts, numbers, tools or pictures for fraud, impersonation, harassment, identity theft or unlawful activity. Buying a service does not grant rights to another person's identity or copyrighted content. You remain responsible for obtaining required permissions.
Prices, wallet and delivery
Review the product description, availability, quantity, currency and total before paying. Gift delivery charges depend on destination and are shown before checkout. Wallet funds pay for purchases; a payment or supplier response that is still being verified is not proof of failure. Delivery timing varies by service and supplier; no particular SMS arrival time, social result or third-party account lifespan is guaranteed.
Order issues
Check your order history and contact support with the order reference if something is wrong. Refund eligibility depends on the service, delivery evidence and the Refund Policy. These terms do not remove any rights you have under applicable law.
Independent merchants
Where merchant services are available, merchant applications and product listings require approval. Buyer confirmation controls the release of merchant earnings; the platform share is 30% and the merchant share is 70%. Withdrawals require review; they are not automatic. Use the order's dispute and messaging channels for issues.
Service changes and contact
