Before purchasing
Read the product description and confirm the quantity, recipient and total. Contact admin@shopvchaos.com with an order reference for a delivery or payment issue. Your applicable statutory consumer rights are not excluded by this policy.
Virtual numbers and SMS
SMS arrival depends on the supplier and receiving platform. An order still being checked is not automatically failed. Refunds are based on confirmed supplier cancellation or failure and the service's actual eligibility rules. An order must not receive a duplicate refund. A delivered or used verification code is not ordinarily refunded merely because it has already been used; report an actual defect for review.
Digital accounts, tools and pictures
Delivery credentials or reusable links appear in your purchased order. Once digital content is delivered or accessed, a change of mind does not ordinarily qualify for a refund. If the promised content was not delivered or is materially defective, contact support with evidence so the order can be investigated. Do not share credentials or post private delivery links publicly.
Gifts and merchants
Gift cancellation, delivery and customization issues are reviewed against fulfilment records. Merchant disputes use the order's dispute process; earnings are not released automatically before buyer confirmation. Do not confirm delivery before checking what you received.
Where a refund goes
When the system or an administrator confirms an eligible purchase refund, it is recorded against the order and credited through the existing wallet process. A pending payment is not an approved deposit. External payment reversals require review with the payment provider; this policy does not promise immediate bank or crypto reversals.
How to request help
Email admin@shopvchaos.com with your order or payment reference, the issue and supporting evidence. Never send your password or sign-in code. Support will review the records and explain the outcome; no response hours or fixed refund deadline are promised here.
